#1. Why is slowing the motorcycle by only reducing the throttle or downshifting dangerous?

The brake lights will not turn on, making it dangerous to slow down because other drivers may not know the motorcycle is slowing. Also, it may result in the motorcycle being rear-ended.

It is not dangerous at all.

Downshifting in this way will strip the gears on the motorcycle.

The motorcycle will accelerate before stopping.
