A driver of a commercial motor vehicle must carry the following documents to comply with Regulation 199/07 in relation to commercial motor vehicle daily inspection requirements:
The appropriate schedule and inspection report(s) for each vehicle.
The inspection report for that day.
The inspection reports for the previous seven days and associated schedules.
No documentation required to be carried in the vehicle.
