The Commercial Vehicle Impoundment Program (CVIP) applies to the following vehicles:
Trucks, trailers and busses with a GW or RGVW greater than 4,500kg including motor homes.
Trucks and trailers with a GW or RGVW greater than 4,500 Kg only.
Trucks, trailers and buses with a GW or RGVW greater than 4,500kg.
All vehicles operating on Ontario’s highways and roads.
